This past Saturday those of us helping plan and organize the quarterly meeting met at Janie's to package all of the pre-cut paper and embellishments for 50. Only 44 demos will actually be attending so we should have plenty to go around. All of our leftover supplies and a few stamp sets and other things will be given for door prizes. I actually made 14 coaster mini albums for the prizes and a few for those that helped.
Here is a picture of the mini album

Also on Saturday after all of the supply packages were filled and the prize packages were made up we made 5 of the 6 projects. The last one we had the choice to do at the quarterly with the other ladies or at home. It was pretty simple so I've completed mine already.
This is one of the 6 projects - Coaster mini frame

It is made with 2 coasters and 2 sets of mini hinges. The paper that was included in my supply package for this project was packaged at random. It is the double sided designer paper "Pedals & Paisley" from the spring mini catalog. It was not my favorite design, but the more I looked at it I realized that the cute pictures that my sister Celeste recently gave me of her 2 girls Madelyn (left) and Katelyn (right) would be perfect with these prints. I really like the way it turned out.
This View-Master card is another of the projects

I just love this cute little crab! This project will be the most difficult, but I think it is well worth the trouble. Too Cute!
Last but not least is the Envelope cardThe front view w/ribbon
The back view w/o ribbon
Open view w/card insert
The envelope is made using a 4 x 9 envelope and folding both ends (flap open) to meet the center of the back of the envelope. The flap is then cut on the fold line to meet the top of the envelope and glued down. This is really easy and unique!
I hope everyone at the quarterly meeting this weekend has a great time and enjoys all of the projects that we have planned for them to make. Shoot! I hope I have a great time!
Until next time...HAPPY STAMPING!
